These terms apply to browsing and using arcteligentlabs.com. Separate product terms apply to apps such as TimeZone. Project work is governed by a written engagement agreement when we start together.

By using this website you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please do not use the site.
2. What the site is for
Arcteligent Labs is an applied research and development studio. This site describes our work, shows products we maintain, and provides a way to contact us. Content is informational and may change without notice.
3. No professional advice
Site copy, case summaries, and the sales assistant are not legal, medical, financial, or investment advice. Engagement outcomes depend on scope, data, and constraints agreed in writing.
4. Intellectual property
Site design, branding, text, and media belong to Arcteligent or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not copy the site for commercial reuse without permission. Client work and product software remain subject to their own licences and contracts.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not abuse the contact form or sales assistant (spam, malware, impersonation)
- Do not attempt to disrupt or probe the site beyond ordinary browsing
- Do not scrape the site in a way that harms availability
6. Third-party links and products
Links to Discord, social platforms, or other sites are outside our control. Product apps (for example TimeZone) have their own terms linked from those product pages.
7. Sales assistant
The on-site sales assistant is our AI Website Assistant product, scoped to public Arcteligent Labs information. It can be wrong or incomplete. Prefer the contact form or email for project decisions. See the Privacy Policy for what is logged when you chat.
8. Disclaimer
The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding the website itself.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arcteligent is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
