1. Who we are

Arcteligent Labs (“Labs,” “we,” “us”) is the applied R&D studio of Arcteligent. Contact: hello@arcteligentlabs.com.

2. What this policy covers

• Visiting pages on arcteligentlabs.com
• Submitting the contact form
• Using the on-site sales assistant (AI Website Assistant embed)
• Email you send to hello@arcteligentlabs.com or related aliases

It does not replace Discord’s policies, or the separate privacy notices for products such as TimeZone.

3. Information we collect

3.1 Contact form

• Name, email, subject, optional phone, optional message
• Technical signals used to reduce spam (e.g. Cloudflare Turnstile token, IP used for verification)
• Reply-To is set to your email so we can answer you directly

Form mail is delivered via Cloudflare Email Service to our verified inbox (from noreply@arcteligentlabs.com). Public mail to hello@arcteligentlabs.com may also be forwarded to the same inbox via Cloudflare Email Routing.

3.2 Sales assistant (AI Website Assistant)

The chat widget on this site is our existing sales assistant product (AI Website Assistant on Fly), scoped to Arcteligent Labs. When you use it, your messages, page URL, and a short session id are sent to our assistant backend so it can answer from Labs knowledge and coach notes.

• We may retain short chat logs and visitor session memory to operate and improve the assistant
• Answers may be generated via LLM providers we configure (for example OpenRouter / OpenAI)
• Optional spoken replies may use a text-to-speech provider (for example ElevenLabs or a library voice)
• We do not sell chat content, and we do not use it to train public foundation models
• Lead details you choose to share may be emailed to us for follow-up

3.3 Automatically collected

• Standard web logs and security telemetry from our host (Cloudflare)
• Optional Cloudflare Web Analytics / Insights if enabled (aggregate traffic, not advertising profiles)

We do not run a third-party advertising pixel stack on this site.

4. How we use information

• Respond to project inquiries and support requests
• Operate, secure, and improve the website
• Detect spam and abuse on the contact form
• Power the sales assistant and follow up on leads it captures
• Meet legal obligations when required

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

5. Processors we rely on

• Cloudflare — hosting (Worker + assets), DNS, Turnstile, Email Service / Email Routing
• Fly.io — sales assistant backend (AI Website Assistant)
• Google — destination inbox for contact mail (Gmail)
• LLM / voice providers — as configured for the assistant (e.g. OpenRouter, OpenAI, ElevenLabs)

Product apps may use additional processors (for example Discord, Stripe). Those are listed in the product privacy pages (e.g. TimeZone).

6. Retention

• Contact emails — kept while useful for the conversation and ordinary business records, then deleted or archived under our normal mailbox hygiene
• Security / access logs — typically short-lived (on the order of weeks to a few months) unless needed for an incident
• Sales assistant — short chat logs and session memory on the assistant host; session memory typically expires on the order of about 30 days

7. Security hygiene

We keep API secrets and bot tokens off the public site, serve pages over HTTPS, and restrict the contact sender/recipient binding in our Worker config. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.

8. Your choices

Email hello@arcteligentlabs.com to ask what we hold about you from the website, request correction, or ask us to delete contact-form correspondence where we reasonably can.

9. Children

This website is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information through the contact form.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when the site or our processors change. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
