If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.
11. Third-Party Services
TimeZone Pro operates within Discord and integrates with Stripe for payment processing. We encourage you to review:
- Discord’s Privacy Policy: https://discord.com/privacy

13. Nevada Residents
Nevada law (NRS 603A) permits residents to opt out of the sale of certain covered information. We do not sell covered information as defined under Nevada law. If you are a Nevada resident and wish to submit an opt-out request regardless, you may contact us using the information in Section 15, and we will honor verified requests even though no sale currently occurs.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will post the revised Policy with an updated “Last Updated” date.
