By installing, accessing, or using TimeZone Pro on any Discord server (“Server”), you (“User,” “you”) agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, do not install or use the Service.

This Policy is designed to comply with applicable United States federal and state privacy laws, including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (“VCDPA”), the Colorado Privacy Act (“CPA”), the Connecticut Data Privacy Act (“CTDPA”), the Utah Consumer Privacy Act (“UCPA”), and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).

This Policy does not apply to Discord’s own platform, which is governed by Discord Inc.’s separate Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We are not responsible for Discord’s data practices.

3. Age Restrictions and Children’s Privacy

TimeZone Pro is not directed to children under the age of 13, and Discord’s own Terms of Service require users to be at least 13 years old (or the applicable minimum age in their jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information promptly. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information in Section 15.

4. Information We Collect

4.2 Information Collected Automatically

4.3 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect the content of your private messages, voice communications, or channel messages except where you explicitly submit content to the Bot through a command (e.g., the text of a reminder). We do not access or record Discord voice audio.

5. How We Use Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.

6. Legal Bases and Consumer Rights Disclosures (State Privacy Laws)

6.1 Categories of Personal Information (CCPA/CPRA Disclosure)

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information as defined by the CCPA: identifiers (Discord User ID, IP address, email address), commercial information (subscription and transaction records), internet or electronic network activity information (command usage, log data), and geolocation information in the limited form of self-reported timezone (not precise geolocation).

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes, and we have not done so in the preceding 12 months.

6.2 Your Rights Under State Privacy Laws

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the information in Section 15. We will verify your identity using your Discord User ID and, where necessary, additional verifying information before fulfilling a request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally 45 days, extendable as permitted).

You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Specifically:

You may request earlier deletion of your data as described in Section 6.2, subject to the exceptions described above.

9. Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction, including encryption of data in transit, access controls limiting internal access to personal information on a need-to-know basis, and regular security review of our infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users and relevant authorities as required by applicable state and federal breach notification laws.

10. International Data Transfers

Arcteligent is based in the United States, and information we collect is processed and stored in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

11. Third-Party Services

TimeZone Pro operates within Discord and integrates with Stripe for payment processing. We encourage you to review:

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services, which are governed by their own respective policies.

12. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no accepted industry standard for how to respond to such signals, we do not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals. This Section serves as our disclosure under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (“CalOPPA”).

13. Nevada Residents

Nevada law (NRS 603A) permits residents to opt out of the sale of certain covered information. We do not sell covered information as defined under Nevada law. If you are a Nevada resident and wish to submit an opt-out request regardless, you may contact us using the information in Section 15, and we will honor verified requests even though no sale currently occurs.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will post the revised Policy with an updated “Last Updated” date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where required by law, such as through a Bot announcement or posting on our website prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes acceptance of the changes.

15. Contact Us
